835 Enrollment Fidelis Care EI Billing Providers: This communication provides details on 835 enrollment for payer Fidelis Care. For comprehensive information on the 835 enrollment process, please follow this link. Enrollment to receive 835 remittance (also called Electronic Remittance Advice, or ERA) from Fidelis Care requires completion of an Authorization Letter (please contact [email protected]
for a copy of this letter). This letter authorizes PCG to receive 835 remittance on your behalf. Please read, complete, and sign the letter in the space indicated. (IMPORTANT: In the letter, the “ERA Effective Date” is the date that you sign the letter). Please return the completed and signed letter via email to the SFA at [email protected]
Upon receipt of your completed documents, the SFA will enroll you to receive 835 remittance from Fidelis Care. Note: If you have already enrolled to receive 835 remittance from Fidelis Care, you may disregard this notice – no further action is needed on your part. Following enrollment in the 835 process, BEI will be ending manual entry of EOBs for all EI Billing Providers. The SFA will work to guide providers through this transition as seamlessly as possible, so that all EI Billing Providers can begin experiencing the multitude of benefits offered by the 835 process.
