About Vistra CEE
Vistra CEE was established in 2004 in Warsaw. The company is an independent provider of outsourced management and accounting services in Central and Eastern Europe. Vistra CEE pioneered shelf company services in Poland and has helped over 2,000 businesses enter the CEE region. Over the years Vistra Poland has been supporting Canadian companies, mostly from the oil and gas exploration sector, on the Polish market. Vistra CEE has developed strong working relationships with the major international audit, law and advisory firms. Current Clients include multinational corporations, property investment funds, private equity funds and high net worth individuals. Vistra Poland is a member of Polish-Canadian Chamber of Commerce.

3. Who We Are
Kobus de Lange Managing Director CEE In 2006 Kobus was recruited by Vistra Poland to become part of the Board. Since then he was responsible for developing the Company’s growth and development strategy and building Client relationships. In 2016 Kobus went on to become Managing Director of Vistra CEE. He is directly responsible for the HR & Payroll service line, as well as other departments. Kobus graduated from the University in South Africa where he also started his career. Prior to joining Vistra, he worked in Deloitte and Apsys Poland.
Kenneth Morgan, FCA Director Kenny has been a director and management board member of Vistra Poland since 2008. He is responsible for Accounting Services and internal financial reporting at the Warsaw based office. In addition, Kenny deals with business development and sits on the management board for Clients entities for whom Vistra provides services. Prior to joining Vistra, he worked in KPMG Poland and EY Poland.
Anna Poliszkiewicz, ACCA Director Anna has been part of Vistra Poland since 2007. At the beginning she was responsible for a portfolio of Clients as Accounting Department Manager. Starting from 2010, Anna has been responsible for CEE finances as a Group Finance Manager when the Company exceeded its presence to six European countries. Since 2016 Anna has been promoted to the Board of Directors. She is qualified member of ACCA and is a Polish Charted Accountant. 10
Sylwia Toczyska Director Client Services Poland •
Joined Vistra in 2007;
Has over 15 years of valuable experience in accounting and taxes;
Specialises in the real estate, energy and shale gas sectors and supervises a German speaking services desk;
Is responsible for co-ordinating, expanding and strengthening Vistra's reach in the CEE region through the Business Development team.
