Marc has worked his way up the yachting ladder since leaving Hospitality and Catering College in the UK. Thirteen years later he is Captain of BLUE ATTRACTION. Marc believes in a strong work environment with an emphasis on safety and teamwork he will ensure that the crew meet your needs on board with a great blend of professionalism and fun!

Vivien has been as sailing instructor for many years and enjoys teaching all he knows with a lot of patience and serenity. He always dreamt about working on prestigious yachts and has now gone through 5 years within the luxury industry. He is all about organisation and safety to get the best of the entertainment on board. Vivien is very positive in every situation and takes his position seriously but will make it funny too!
Chef – Matthew Atkins British Previous Yachts

Matthew has for the past 14 years worked in the Hospitality and Catering industry where he has become a very passionate, hardworking and reliable Chef who enjoys a good challenge. Matthew has worked as chef on yachts ranging from 38 to 62m since 2011 and prior to this at high-end ski resorts for 5 years. He has also obtained a position as head chef for a luxury beach restaurant on the Greek island of Lefkada. Matthew is truly a talented chef and has a great understanding of the yachting industry and its expectations. Guests will no doubt enjoy his delicious creations!

English, Basic Spanish Carol is from Sarasota, FL where she developed an affinity for life on the water. After graduating from University with a degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition, she travelled Europe for four years working as a nanny and as a buyer in the fashion industry. After managing and opening a shoe store in Porto Montenegro, Carol began her formal yachting career aboard M/Y Bliss where she quickly developed a love for the industry and gained experience in all departments of the yacht interior. From creating the perfect ambiance to making the best cocktails to ensuring a delightful gastronomic experience, there is no detail left unnoticed and no need left un-catered to she is always up for any challenge. With a passion for all aspects of hospitality and event management, she enjoys working in dynamic teams and look forward to welcoming guests on board BLUE ATTRACTION to luxuriate in a perfect holiday getaway. Carol is also a certified Yoga Instructor and takes pleasure in discovering new places, people, and cultures.

BLUE ATTRACTION is Helen’s first yacht and she looks very much forward to the season ahead.

With a strong background in event management, marketing and communications, Helen joins BLUE ATTRACTION from her previous role as Marketing Manager at the luxury port, Porto Montenegro. Originally from Guernsey, as an island girl she has always loved the ocean and the great outdoors. A travel loving yogi she hopes to bring a sense of peace and tranquility to her first season on board BLUE ATTRACTION.
Chief Engineer – Quitin Spires South African Previous Yachts

Hailing from South Africa, Quintin is very much the hands on engineer, he has over 10 years experience working on both Sailing and Motor Yachts. Quintin joined BLUE ATTRACTION during her extensive refit in May 2013. He has spent most of his career in the Mediterranean and Caribbean. He’s often found outside helping out the deck crew making him a great addition to the already strong team.
Deckhand – Richard Anderson British Previous Yachts

Having spent several years in road construction, Richard brings a wealth of hard working experience. He is professional, organised, fun and a friendly person to be around - getting on well with everyone. It is his first season working full time in yachting and he looks forward to working his way up the ladder as he pursues a long term career in the industry. Richard will bring a lot of happiness and smiles to the BLUE ATTRACTION owners, crew, and guests.
