Booking Rules and regulations Booking Non-Refundable deposit of £50 for each week or part week is due upon booking. The booking will be confirmed once cleared payment of the deposit is received, which should be within 48 hours if paying by PayPal or by bank transfer or paying by cheque this should be receive by 7 days. If you pay by PayPal you need to add 5% to your payment. The balance of the payment for your holiday is due 14 days before the date of your holiday. If cleared payment of the balance is not received by 14 days before the holiday date your holiday may be cancelled. For booking made less than 14 days before the arrival date Payment of the full amount should be made immediately to confirm the booking. When made balance of the payment for your holiday you also need to pay £50 refundable bond. This covers any breakages, damage, and the caravan leaving in a dirty state or key loss. This would be paid back to you 48 hours after your holiday providing that everything is in order with caravan.

Cancellation and charges If you have to cancel for any reason please let us know straightaway. To cancel the holiday you need to put that in writing by post or email Cancellation charge 18 days or less before date of holiday – 100% charge Cancellation charge 18-28 days before date of holiday – 50% of holiday charge Cancellation charge 29-40 days before date of holiday – 25% of holiday charge Cancelation charge 41 day or more before date of holiday – the non-refundable deposit

Holiday Insurance We do suggest you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance as this in not provided in the price of your holiday

Arrival and departure time Caravans can be occupied any time after 1pm on the day of your arrival. (Day before we need approximately time you would arrive) The latest time of the arrival is 4pm. Caravan must be vacated by 10:30 am on the day of departure. Keys should be collected from us personally and we will take you to your caravan. We will collect your keys between 10am – 10.30am lattes on day of departure

Bedding We provide one pillow for each bed, duvet, and bed sheet cover for all beds. You need to bring your own duvet covers, and pillowcases.

Car parking There is room for only 2 cars outside each caravan

Animals We have only one pet friendly caravan 2 bedrooms 5 berth at Heacham. Only one small dog, up to small spaniel size allowed in our dog friendly caravan. Your dog must be well behaved and fully house trained, and must be kept under control on leads at all time on the Park. They must wear a collar and identity tag. They are not allowed in the Entertainment or pool area. The following dogs are not permitted on the Park: Pit Bull Terriers, Japanese Tose, Dogo Argentino and Fila Brasiliero. These are rules of Park Resorts. Pet charge is £10 extra of your holiday charge Pets should not be left unaccompanied in the property at any time and should not be allowed on the bed or furniture. We cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury to a pet during their stay.

Children Children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardians at all time. Please be away that in Hunstanton there are deep ponds on certain areas of the site so children will need to be supervised around these areas. If you are using the children’s’ entertainment facilities on the site, please note these are not childcare facilities and you should supervise at all times

Occupancy A maximum of 6 people allowed in our 6 berth caravans, 5 in 5 berth caravan and 4 in 4 berth caravan. The person booking must be over 25 years of age or older, and must be in attendance during the dates of the booking. However, at our discretion we may consider couples or family groups under 25 but over 18 please ask before making a booking. This will be subject to an extra security deposit of £25. If you don’t look 25 on arrival, we may ask for ID. Single sex group are only allowed at our discretion – this is a rule of Park Resorts. The maximum number of people entitled to stay at each caravan is advertised on the web page for each property and only those people named on the booking form are entitled to stay. If we find that people other than are on the booking form are using the property, you will be asked to leave immediately without any refund. Person who book caravan is responsible for all persons in your party. We cannot accept responsibility for any personal injury, accident expense or inconvenience caused to any member of your party. You must follow all the Park Resorts rules

No smoking policy There is strictly no smoking in any of our caravans or on decking. If you smoke outside please ensure that you dispose of ash and other rubbish safely and responsibly. Please do not smoke in doorways or stub out cigarettes on any decking or outdoor furniture, or leave cigarette stubs around or under the caravan

Personal Belongings You are responsible for all personal belonging at all times and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages

Noise and disturbance We reserve the right to terminate the booking of any guest(s) whose behaviour interferes with the general comfort and safety of other guests and staff. In this even no refund will be made. This may include but is not limited to verbal or physical abuse. If anyone is asked to leave the site by security they will not receive any refund

Ball games Ball games are not allowed anywhere on site – this is a rules of Park Resorts

Accomodation Upon arrival, if you find anything dirty, broken or missing please let us know straightway (we do clean and oversee the caravans ourselves so this should not be the case) Our privately owned caravans are in very good condition and we do hope that if you have children you will supervise them at all times. Please make sure there are no unsupervised felt tip, biro, painting, or crayoning session etc. At the end of the holiday we expect find the caravan in the same condition as you come on arrival. If you break any glasses or crockery etc we would be grateful if you replace them with the similar item or let us know immediately so we can replace it. In the unlikely event that any of our caravans become unfit for hire before you arrive due to accident, damage, or circumstances beyond our control, we will do our best to offer you another caravan, or another date, otherwise we will refund all payments you have made in full. If this happens after arrival and we are not able to offer another caravan, we will refund any payments received pro-rota. We will not be held responsible under these circumstances.

Passes As Park Resorts rules to use their facilities you need to have passes. They can be obtained from Reception or through us. We do not include this as part of your holiday cost; as some do not use the Park’s Facilities for more information please contact us
