Work Items complete through July 31, 31, 2011, 2011, are as follows: follows: EXTERIOR WORK ITEMS: Excavation / Exterior Work: Work: • Installation of underground conduit for the data, telephone and fire alarm systems connection to the main building is complete. • Excavation, trenching, running pipe for utility connections (water, gas, and electric) to street are all completed. Final electric power is installed and operational in building. Water is almost completed and running inside building. • Installation of new entry is nearly completed. • Canopy is installed over new main entry – finish work is required. • Installation of all stone work is complete. Installation of pre-cast architectural stone is nearly complete. • Installation of historic front entry is nearly complete except for bluestone steps. • Mechanical condensing unit has been set and connection to building is ongoing. • Installation of rooftop mechanical equipment is complete. Building Envelope: Envelope: • Re-pointing of existing stone and brick veneer is complete. Cleaning of exterior façade is complete • Additional roof repairs at the existing building are complete. INTERIOR WORK ITEMS: Existing Building – Cellar Level: Level: • Ductwork / piping installation is complete. • Electrical roughing is complete – permanent electric service complete. • Interior wall framing is complete – window openings are being framed. • New windows are installed. Wood trim is completely installed. • Hollow metal door frame installation complete. • Installation of elevator is ongoing. • Installation of ceramic tile walls in bathroom is nearly complete. • Finish painting has begun and continues.
