The company is looking for a bright Marketing, IT&S, or digital business student/recent graduate to work on the product pipeline developing solutions that focus on improving customer experience (CX) for a truly global brand. The role offers a significant opportunity to be part of a professional agile product development team. The successful candidates will report formally into the Global Team leader for digital marketing, but work to senior design leads to develop specific product ideas from customer journey, to MVP, to executing market launch. The CX interns will also be part of an eight strong intern pipeline team for the wider digital innovation organisation; this will allow for much collaborative exchange on the set of insights and ideas that span form core CX solutions to new revenue generating services.

Tasks •

Investigate the corporation’s new strategic direction and support the global manager in CX product pipeline portfolio management

Work with senior design leads to develop ideas from minimum viable product (MVP) to market.

Connect insight and CX product roadmap to the wider digital innovation team portfolio and strategy.

Constant focus on improving customer experience in everything we do.

Desired Skills Essential: • Understanding of agile product development. •

High level of understanding in either brand management, IT&S, or digital product development theory

Track record of successful teamwork with ability to work cross functionally and “Can-do” attitude

Adaptive to change and can respond quickly and positively to revised scope and direction of activities.

Desirable: • Willingness to be part of a progressive group of like-minded individuals searching for new ideas and developing new business models. •

Passion for entrepreneurial environment.

The Host Company There is a unique opportunity to join the digital marketing and step-out innovation team within a major corporation, operating in the field of automotive and industrial lubricants. The team was originally set up to create new and material opportunities for the brand beyond the current core lubricant business. Over the past 5 years the team have created three emerging business areas through a combination of joint venture, equity stake investment and internal ideation and business development specifically targeting automotive and industrial sectors. The team now spans a broad digital agenda to future proof this global business, from core digital transformation at our customer touch-points, to the continued development of new and existing beyondoil revenue streams. We are looking for six to eight multi-cultural interns with a range of different technical and business disciplines to form part of the fifth successive intern incubator group .
