How to Setup EAlerts
1. Log on to your Online Banking using the www.eaglevalleybank.com website. 2. You will find  eAlerts under the tabs across the top of your page. Click on the red  to access the eAlerts.
How Secure are eAlerts? eAlert service is secure. You must log into Eagle
Valley Bank’s Online Banking system using your login and password to enroll in eAlerts. eAlerts will never contain your personal iden ty informa on or full account numbers. Will I be charged for eAlerts? We won’t charge you, but standard carrier fees for text messaging may apply. Please check with your mobile phone carrier if you have ques ons about any text message rates that may apply.
3. Select Checking/Savings Alerts 4. Click on Setup New Alert 5. Use the drop down to select the type of message no fica on(s) you wish to receive. 6. Choose delivery method: Online Email
Will Text eAlerts work on my phone? Yes, some of our eAlerts oﬀer text messaging. Text messaging must be enabled with your mobile carrier to work on your cell phone. Please check with your mobile carrier if you are unsure.
Once you have created your no fica ons, you should begin receiving them via your chosen method.
Which carriers does Eagle Valley Bank support? Our text eAlert service works on all major mobile providers in the U.S. The following is a list of the car‐ riers that support this service: AT&T, Alltel, US Cellu‐ lar, Sprint, T‐Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Boost Mobile, Cricket, Virgin Mobile.
