Recital fee reminder and timeline distributed.

March 9-14

Recital fee collected. Group dance order forms and dress rehearsal schedule distributed.

March 23 - 28

Dance attire orders due & recital packet distributed. Recital packet includes: ticket order request form, volunteer signup, flower and DVD order forms, and hair and makeup guidelines.

April 20 - 25

Ticket order request and volunteer forms due.

April 27- May 2

Tickets and dance attire orders distributed to students in class.

Schauer School of Dance 2013 Spring Recital May 19, 2013 • 2:00 & 6:00 pm Ruth A. Knoll Theater Recital fee: This fee includes costume pieces and a limited number of tickets to the performances. The $25.00 Recital fee is due at your child’s dance class the week of March 9. Please detach the form and return with payment. If you would prefer to pay the fee over the phone using a credit card, call 262-670-0560, ext. 4. We assume all dancers will participate in the recital. You must contact us by March 15, if you do not plan to have your child perform in the recital. You will be responsible for the recital fee regardless if your child is dancing if you do not notify us by March 15. Costumes: All costumes are property of the Schauer School of Dance and will not be kept by the dancer. Costume pieces provided are in addition to your usual dress code. All students must wear the correct dance attire listed under Dress Codes in the Dance Handbook. A group dance order will be distributed March 10-15. Dress Rehearsal: Your child’s dress rehearsal will be the afternoon of Saturday, May 18. A detailed dress rehearsal schedule will be distributed March 10-15. Timeline: Enclosed you will find a list of important dates when information will be distributed and collected as we lead up to the recital performances. Dates are subject to change.
