Region: Languedoc Roussillon Appellation: IGP Pays d’Oc Land: Assas area - northeast of Montpellier Grape varieties: 100% Grenache Yield: 50 hectolitres per hectare Vinification: traditional, in concrete tank Aging: to be drunk within 3 years of its production Tasting: “just fruit, pleasure and drinkability…” - such were the characteristics sought for vinifying this Grenache; the results are here, a beautiful, brilliant colour with red cherry tints; liquorice on the nose; bursting with fresh red fruits on the palate; rich and wonderfully persistent, this “Cent Pour Cent" (literally, "one hundred per cent") is drunk slightly cooled (14°) and is ideal with cured pork foods at cocktail time as well as with all grilled meats and good time spent with friends

Region: Languedoc Roussillon Appellation: Vin de France – Béziers foothills Land: clayish-calcareous Grape varieties: 100% Riesling Yield: 65 hectolitres per hectare Vinification: low temperature, thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks, aging on fine lees Aging: to be drunk within 5 years following production; very refreshing the first year after bottling, going gradually as it ages in bottles towards the “petrol notes” characteristic of great Rieslings Tasting: pale yellow; on the nose, there are no doubts about the grape variety; the attack is notable for the little touch of residual fermentation gas, which emphasises its refreshing nature while naturally preserving the wine; once the “fizzing” sensation fades, very mineral on the palate, appearing without a trace of sugar and lasting for a very long time; roundness with the finish, rich and with a very refreshing finale of citrus fruit notes

Region: Languedoc Roussillon Appellation: IGP Pays d’Oc Land: Assas area - northeast of Montpellier Grape varieties: 100% Grenache Yield: 50 hectolitres per hectare Vinification: pressed rosé, low-temperature vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel tank Aging: to be drunk in the year following its production Tasting: a very pale rosé, almost grey; develops into being very refreshing and lively on the nose, with the crispness characteristic of a rich Grenache; the attack on the palate is round, suave and quickly enlivened with a quite lovely coolness; it concludes with a few little notes of lemon, to give it a bit of a “come hither” touch! Vinified at 11.5°, this Grand Gris is the ideal accompaniment for summer cocktail hours and more extended meals combining salads, grilled meats, fish, etc.
