Assignment As a property manager for Bristol-Myers

Squibb (BMS) in other California markets, BMS engaged Kidder Mathews to provide onsite property management of their acquisition of Amylin Pharmaceuticals, LLC’s leasehold interests in 11 buildings, which features life science labs and Class A offices. BMS later sold its stake in the diabetes venture to partner, AstraZeneca, a global biopharmaceutical company specializing in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of prescription medicines, who purchased Amylin Pharmaceuticals. Kidder Mathews provides onsite property management to accommodate AstraZeneca and its subtenants.

Assignment Kidder Mathews was engaged to manage the ownership’s Class A office buildings in Pleasanton, CA. Services include comprehensive property management, detailed budgeting, 10-year capital planning, building engineering and maintenance, project and construction management, property accounting/financial management, lease administration, and sustainability. The onsite property manager, building engineer, and administrative team facilitate tenant move-in and move-outs, and establish and execute operating protocols and procedures to further ownership’s objectives of asset preservation and value enhancement.

Assignment Stockbridge Capital Group, a registered investment advisor, retained Kidder Mathews to provide a full scope of property management services including budgeting, accounting and reporting, property operations, and tenant relations for their Class A shopping center. Kidder Mathews maximizes the asset’s market position through disciplined management controls. The center provides a convenient location with over 205,000 cars passing daily, and it is anchored by Trader Joe’s and Walgreens, along with nationally recognized brands, including Chipotle, Peet’s Coffee & Tea, Subway, Jamba Juice, T-Mobile, and Mechanics Bank. Stockbridge’s portfolio is comprised of assets including core, value-added, and opportunistic strategies and has approximately $6.4 billion of real estate assets under management.
