Project Lifesaver Fundraiser The inaugural Richmond Project Lifesaver Fundraiser will be held from 7 to 11 p.m. on Saturday, June 24 at the Royal Manchester Event Center (1173 Wall St. Richmond, 23224). General admission is $30. Recently, Richmond’s City Council finalized budget included $10,000 for Project Lifesaver, a program dedicated to helping families with loved ones who suffer from Autism, Alzheimer’s, or other such related disorders. The program uses state of the art radio transmitter equipment to locate individuals who wander from their families or homes, or become lost.
