To purchase a PSL, you must submit an official PSL Application to: Kentucky Speedway Ticket Office 1 Speedway Drive Sparta, Ky. 41086 Attn: PSL Coordinator Kentucky Speedway reserves the right to reject and return any application.
2. Full payment must be submitted with application. 3. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive a PSL contract entitled "Terms of Personal Seat License". The PSL contract governs your PSL(s). Accompanying the PSL contract will be an "Acknowledgment of Receipt, Understanding and Acceptance of Terms of Personal Seat License" (the "Acknowledgement"). The Acknowledgement must be signed and returned to Kentucky Speedway within in thirty (30) days of receipt. Failure to sign and return the Acknowledgement may result in forfeiture of your PSL(s). Failure to abide by the terms and conditions of the PSL contract may result in forfeiture of your PSL(s). 4. Special needs (Americans with Disabilities Act) seating is available. A PSL will be required for each special needs seat(s) in the area(s) you request. Please mark the appropriate box on the application. 5. In addition to the cost of the PSL(s), you will be required annually to purchase, at minimum, a (Series A) Ticket package (no more than four (4) racing events as determined by Kentucky Speedway in its sole discretion) for each PSL so long as the PSL is owned to maintain your rights. Failure to purchase the minimum (Series A) tickets by the annual deadline determined by Kentucky Speedway may result in forfeiture of all previous payments and all rights of PSL(s). 6. PSL(s) for seats in the Kentucky Club section of Kentucky Speedway will require payment of an annual Kentucky Club fee which includes the cost of the required (Series A) tickets. Failure to remit the annual Club fee by the deadline determined by the Kentucky Speedway may result in forfeiture of all previous payments and all rights of PSL(s). 7. All PSL owners in good standing will be permitted to purchase an upgraded seating location as new seating areas are added. PSL owners will have the first right of refusal to new seat locations. 8. Tickets for nonracing events may be available from the events themselves. PSL owners do not have rights to their seats for these nonracing events. 9. Forfeited PSL(s) may be resold without any obligation to the original purchaser. 10. Subject to stated restrictions and by following established guidelines, PSL owners have the right to transfer ownership by gift, bequest or otherwise for a processing fee. No refunds or exchanges permitted. All sales are final.
